Warranty Information
Our watches come with a 12 month international warranty. The warranty guarantees the repair of your watch in the eventuality of material and/or manufacturing defects. In the eventuality that a repair can not be provided; your watch will be replaced with one of near identical characteristics.
The Shoreham warranty card must be completed, signed and returned with your watch for the warranty to be valid. The warranty start date is defined as the date of dispatch of your watch.
The warranty does not cover; the natural effects of patina on your watch, loss/theft of your watch, damage due to wear and tear/normal everyday use, damage due to improper use/excessive force/accidental damage, damage as a result of repairs/servicing by a non authorised person.
