WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are pleased to be able to ship to most countries. The few exceptions can be found here.

WHEN WILL MY WATCH BE DISPATCHED?

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY WATCH?
|
Most marks will rub off with your finger, but if you'd like to carry out a more thorough clean we recommend using a lightly dampened microfibre cloth to wipe the case and crystal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
|
We offer a 30 day return policy on all watches purchased through our website. Please contact us via email or by the contact form, providing us your order number and we will help to arrange your hassle free return. All watches must be returned in an unworn state and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for watches with incomplete or damaged packaging, watches with signs of use or wear or watches that are not in a resellable condition.

HOW LONG IS THE SHOREHAM WARRANTY?

All Shoreham watches come with a worldwide 12 month warranty. If you are experiencing any issues with your watch please contact us and we will arrange your repair. Further details about our warranty can be found in our user manual.
